For an arbitrary paratopological group \(H\), \textit{I. Sánchez} and \textit{M. G. Tkachenko} [Houston J. Math. 43, No. 4, 1305--1321 (2017; Zbl 1400.54044)] investigated the quasitopological group \(Q_2(H)\) which shares with \(H\) the underlying set and group structure and posed the following problems: (1) Under which condition on \(H\) is the group \(Q_2(H)\) \(\omega\)-balanced? What if \(H\) is weakly Lindelöf? (2) Let \(H\) be a weakly Lindelöf paratopological group. Is the corresponding quasitopological group \(Q_2(H)\) \(\omega\)-narrow? \par In this paper, the author makes some conclusions on cardinal invariants and gives partial answers to the above problems as a corollary, and for that, he defines the quasitopological group \(Q_{2n+1}(H)\), \(n\in{\mathbb N}\), for a given semitopological (paratopological) group \(H\), similarly to the case of \(Q_{2n}(H)\), \(n\in{\mathbb N}\), [\textit{J. Zhang}, Houston J. Math. 44, No. 4, 1377--1388 (2018; Zbl 1429.22004)]. Indeed, he gives the following partial answers: If \(H\) is a saturated hereditary weakly Lindelöf paratopological group, then \(Q_2(H)\) is \(\omega\)-balanced. If \(H\) is a hereditary weakly Lindelöf paratopological group, then \(Q_2(H)\) is \(\omega\)-narrow.
