The authors discuss a generalized heat operator and a determinantal differential operator in the case of several variables. They derive an analog of Bol's result in the case of Siegel modular forms and higher dimensional Jacobi forms. Thus they show how to construct Siegel modular forms and Jacobi forms with different weights.
