A Wallman-Shanin-type compactification for approach spaces (Q5940630): Difference between revisions

The authors extend the classical Wallman compactification theory for topological \(T_1\)-spaces to the setting of weakly symmetric \(T_1\)-approach spaces, a natural generalization of topological and metric spaces -- introduced by the first author.
