Let \(X\) be a uniform space. The author defines an infinite two person game played on \(X\), called proximal game. If \(X\) is a uniformizable space (with compatible uniformity), she calls it proximal if Player 1 has a winning strategy in the proximal game. In this paper, the author shows that every proximal space is a W-space and collectionwise normal; every closed subspace of a proximal space is also proximal. A \(\Sigma\)-product (countable Tychonoff product) of proximal spaces is proximal; a \(\Sigma\)-product of proximal spaces is collectionwise normal. Finally, the author shows certain uniform box products have a winning strategy.
