A quantized Tits-Kantor-Koecher algebra (Q5891498): Difference between revisions

The authors propose a quantum analogue of the Tits-Kantor-Koecher algebra and hope that it will be useful in the study of quantum toroidal algebras. Their motivation comes from the vertex operator construction as was done in their previous papers. Like the quantum Kac-Moody algebra case their construction relies on an interesting combinatorial identity of Hall-Littlewood type suggesting that representations of their quantum TKK algebra probably will provide more generalized combinatorial identities of this type.
