Almost all homology theories from classical homological algebra can be viewed as special cases of Tierney-Vogel simplicial derived functors. In this paper the author constructs a cubical analog of the Tierney-Vogel theory, and proves that these cubical derived functors are naturally isomorphic to their simplicial counterparts. It is also proved that this result generalizes the known fact that the simplicial and cubical singular homologies of a topological space are naturally isomorphic.
