Suppose that \(T\) represents a linear or sublinear operator which satisfies that for any \(f\in L_1(\mathbb{R}^n)\) with compact support and \(x\) not in the support of \( f\) \[ |Tf(x)|\leq c_0\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}\frac{|f(y)|}{|x-y|^n}dy. \] Similarly, assume that \(T_\alpha,\) \(\alpha\in (0,n)\), represents a linear or sublinear operator which satisfies that for any \(f\in L_1(\mathbb{R}^n)\) with compact support and \(x\) not in the support of \( f\) \[ Tf(x)|\leq c_1\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}\frac{|f(y)|}{|x-y|^{n-\alpha}}dy. \] For \(b\in BMO\), suppose that the commutator operator \(T_b\equiv T_{b,0}\) represents a linear or sublinear operator which satisfies that for any \(f\in L_1(\mathbb{R}^n)\) with compact support and \(x\) not in the support of \( f\) \[ |T_bf(x)|\leq c_0\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}|b(x)-b(y)|\frac{|f(y)|}{|x-y|^n}dy. \] Similarly, assume that the commutator operator \(T_{b,\alpha}\), \(\alpha\in (0,n)\), represents a linear or sublinear operator which satisfies that for any \(f\in L_1(\mathbb{R}^n)\) with compact support and \(x\) not in the support of \( f\) \[ |T_{b,\alpha}f(x)|\leq c_1\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}|b(x)-b(y)|\frac{|f(y)|}{|x-y|^{n-\alpha}}dy. \] First, the authors prove the boundedness of the sublinear operators \(T\) satisfying condition (1) generated by Calderón-Zygmund operators from one generalized Morrey space \(M_{p,\phi_1}\) to another \(M_{p,\phi_2}\), \(1<p<\infty\), and from the space \(M_{1,\phi_1}\) to the weak space \(WM_{1,\phi_2}\). Moreover, they found the sufficient conditions on the pair \((\phi_1,\phi_2)\) to ensure the boundedness of the commutators \(T_b\) satisfying condition (3) from \(M_{p,\phi_1}\) to another \(M_{p,\phi_2}\), \(1<p<\infty\). Secondly, they obtain the boundedness of the sublinear operators \(T_\alpha\), \(\alpha\in (0,n)\), satisfying condition (2) generated by Riesz potential operator from one generalized Morrey space \(M_{p,\phi_1}\) to another \(M_{q,\phi_2}\), \(1<p<q<\infty\), \(\frac{1}{p}-\frac{1}{q}=\frac{\alpha}{n}\) and from the space \(M_{1,\phi_1}\) to the weak space \(WM_{q,\phi_2}\), \(1<q<\infty\), \(1-\frac{1}{q}=\frac{\alpha}{n}\). Moreover, they found the sufficient conditions on the pair \((\phi_1,\phi_2)\) to ensure the boundedness of the commutators \(T_{b,\alpha}\) satisfying condition (4) from \(M_{p,\phi_1}\) to another \(M_{p,\phi_2}\), \(1<p<q<\infty\), \(\frac{1}{p}-\frac{1}{q}=\frac{\alpha}{n}\). Finally, they apply their main results to several particular operators such as Littlewood-Paley operators, Marcinkiewicz operator, Bochner-Riesz operator, Schrödinger type operator and fractional powers of some analytic semi-groups.
