A bounded set in a Minkowski space is called diametrically complete if it is not properly contained in a set of the same diameter. In general this notion differs from the notion of a body of constant width (unless the space is Euclidean or 2-dimensional). The authors study properties of the set of all diametrically complete sets of diameter 2 in a given Minkowski space. This set is denoted by \(D_2\). The authors prove that \(D_2\) is generally not convex; and that it is not necessarily starshaped, providing a characterization of spaces in which \(D_2\) is starshaped via some properties studied in [\textit{J.~P.~Moreno} and \textit{R.~Schneider}, ``Diametrically complete sets in Minkowski spaces'', Isr. J. Math. 191, 701--720 (2012; \url{doi:10.1007/s11856-012-0003-6})]. Further, they show that \(D_2\) is contractible. Then they prove that for spaces with a polytopal unit ball, the space of translation classes of bodies in \(D_2\) is the union set of a finite polytopal complex. Finally, the authors study extreme elements of \(D_2\).
