Can an \(o\)-symmetric convex lattice set of the integer lattice \(Z^n\) be uniquely determined by its lattice projection counts? It is a significative and intensively studied area. In 2005 Gardner, Gronchi, Zong discovered a counterexample with cardinality 11 in the plane. In this article the author proves that it is the only counterexample up to unimodular transformation with cardinality not larger than 17. This is a very special result, and the proof is a long and technical case analysis. If the author or anyone can make the case analysis simpler, or add the further results, I think it will be more suitable.
