    Let \(K\) be a nonempty closed convex subset of a reflexive Banach space, \(T\) a uniformly continuous pseudocontraction, and let \(u \in K\). The authors establish several sufficient conditions under which the iteration process \(x_0 \in K\), \(x_{n+1} := \mu_n(\alpha_nTx_n + (1 - \alpha_n)x_n) + (1 - \mu_n)u\) converges strongly to a fixed point of \(T\).
