The bisexual-Galton-Watson branching process in varying environments is a two-type branching model with \(F_n\) females and \(M_n\) males in the \(n\)th generation, which form \(Z_n= L(M_n, F_n)\) mating units, and \[ (F_{n+1}, M_{n+1})= \sum^{Z_n}_{i=1} (f_{ni}, m_{ni}), \] where the empty sum is considered to be \((0, 0)\), \(Z_0= N\in\mathbb{Z}^+\), and, for every \(n= 0,1,\dots,\{(f_{ni},\) \(m_{ni})\}^\infty_{i=1}\) is a sequence of i.i.d., nonnegative, integer-valued random variables, with \(\{p^{(n)}_{jk}\}^\infty_{j,k=0}\) being the offspring probability distribution corresponding to the \(n\)th generation. Non-homo\-ge\-neity is an important difference with Daley's model of bisexual Galton-Watson branching process. The paper is devoted to investigating the limiting behavior for the sequences of females and males, respectively, per generation, suitably normalized.
