The authors examine the efficiency of a mathematical model of adsorption. A model involving concentration of oxidizer sorbate in solution, concentration in the sorbent pores, and the concentration of the spent sorbate has been considered. The conditions for inverse sorption isotherm, redox reaction rate and input concentration have been specified. The existence and uniqueness of the solution under the stated set of conditions have been proved. A numerical solution has also been included to establish the efficiency of the algorithm.
