The approximation of solutions for a class of nonlinear second order differential equations with nonlinear nonlocal three-point boundary conditions is studied for equations of the type \(-x''(t)=f(t,x,x'), t\in I=[0,1],\) with \( x(0)=0, x'(1)=g(x(\eta)), 0<\eta\leq 1,\) where the nonlinearities \(f:I\times \mathbb R \times \mathbb R \rightarrow \mathbb R\) and \(g:\mathbb R\rightarrow \mathbb R\) are continuous. The quasilinearization method to obtain monotone sequence of solutions of linear problems is developed. Its is shown that, under suitable conditions on \(f\) and \(g\), the sequence of approximants converges uniformly and quadratically to a solution of the original nonlinear problem.
