The following box-constrained system of nonlinear equations \[ F(x)=0, \qquad x \in X, \] where the mapping \(F: \mathbb{R}^n \to \mathbb{R}^m\) is continuously differentiable on \(\Omega\), which denotes an open set containing the box \(X \subset \mathbb{R}^n\) is considered. The nonlinear system is converted into equivalent global optimization problems with the property: \(x^*\) is a global minimizer if and only if its function value is zero. A filled function method is proposed to solve the converted global optimization problem. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate new techniques.
