A new self adaptive iterative method in conjunction with Wiener-Hopf equations for the solution of the general variational inequalities is presented. The proposed technique is analyzed and it is proved that the convergence of the new method requires only pseudomonotonicity. The results obtained by the solution of a numerical example demonstrate the efficiency of the new method.
