The authors study integrability and generalized complex resonant center conditions of a singular point for the complex differential system \[ \frac{dz}{dT} = pz^{n+1}w^n + \!\! \sum_{\alpha+\beta=2n+2}^{\infty} \!\! a_{\alpha\beta} z^{\alpha}w^{\beta}, \quad \;\frac{dw}{dT} = -qw^{n+1}z^n - \!\! \sum_{\alpha+\beta=2n+2}^{\infty} \!\! b_{\alpha\beta} w^{\alpha}z^{\beta}, \tag{1} \] where \(z,w,T\) are complex variables. Here \(a_{\alpha\beta}, b_{\alpha\beta} \in \mathbb C\), \(p,q,n \in \mathbb N\), and \(p,q\) are relatively prime. This study is based on the concept of a generalized singular point quantity and quasi-rotation invariant of system (1). The authors give two methods for computing generalized singular point quantities and obtain sufficient and necessary condition for the integrability of system (1) at the origin.
