The authors show that the \(n\)-homotopy category of connected \((n+1)\)-dimensional Menger manifolds is isomorphic to the homotopy category of all connected Hilbert cube manifolds whose \(k\)-dimensional homotopy groups are trivial for each \(k\geq n+1\).
