A class of delay-differential equations with continuous (possibly infinite) delays which depend on a parameter \(\lambda\) is studied. Conditions are given under which a local attractor \(A_\lambda\) exists and the family \(\{A_\lambda\}\) is upper semi-continuous at \(\lambda = 0\).
