Existence and stability of oscillating solutions for a class of delay differential equations (Q1940181): Difference between revisions

The authors study a Hopf bifurcation for a general class of simple delay differential equations. They establish some sufficient conditions which guarantee the existence of the Hopf bifurcation, and the stability of arising periodic orbits is also proved. As an application, a general version of the logistic equation is given to illustrate their main results.
