The paper characterizes Filippov systems defined on a compact Riemannian manifold that preserve a measure equivalent to the volum measure. It is proved that if an autonomous differential inclusion on an open set in \({\mathbb{R}}^n\) defined by a Lipschitz set-valued map with closed convex values admits an invariant probability measure then the set formed by all orbits that contain points of nonuniqueness of solution has zero measure. Several examples of Filippov systems on compact manifolds are also provided.
