The dynamics of a neural network consisting of interconnected elements is studied, both analytically and through simulatons. A rich variety of dynamical behaviors is revealed, for different ranges of the synaptoc weight parameters, including periodic and chaotic oscillations, bursting oscillations, and coexisting attractors. Bifurcations occurring as the system transitions among different behaviors, are also studied.
