This paper deals with the well known problem of finding the Frobenius number of a numerical semigroup with 3 generators. The author relates this to the reminder operator, which itself is defined by the floor function. Using this innovation, the author is able to fully generalise an existing result in Theorem 3.4. This is than further simplified in Corollary 4.3, under an assumption on the generators of the numerical semigroup.
