The aim of this paper is to study the one parameter family of holomorphic diffeomorphisms \(f(z)=\lambda z+o(z)\) when \(\lambda\neq 0\) varies. When \(\lambda\) is fixed, the dynamics of the germ is quite well known. In the present paper the authors mainly concentrate with the case \(\lambda=\exp(2\pi i p/q)\) with \(p,q\in \mathbb N\). In the generic case such a diffeomorphism is not linearizable. However, in case the first resonant monomial is nonvanishing, the \(q\)-th iterate can be formally conjugated to the time one flow of the vector field \(z^{q+1}/(1+az^q)\frac{\partial}{\partial z}\). Such a conjugation is generically nonconvergent and the modulus of analytic classification is a functional one. Perturbing \(\lambda\) in the Poincaré domain (\textsl{i.e.} \(| \lambda| \neq 1\)) the diffeomorphism happens to have a fixed point and a periodic orbit of period \(q\), which are both linearizable. Thus it is possible to find local coordinates around the fixed point and, respectively, around the periodic orbit such that the family becomes conjugated to the perturbation of the time one flow of the perturbed vector field \(z(z^q-\epsilon)/(1+a(\epsilon)z^q)\frac{\partial}{\partial z}\). The two changes of coordinates are shown to be noncompatible each other. The perturbation in the Siegel domain (\textsl{i.e.} \(| \lambda| = 1\)) has shown to be essentially governed by the Écalle-Voronin functional modulus. Finally, the authors apply their results to the study of a one-parameter family of holomorphic vector fields in a neighborhood of a generic resonant hyperbolic saddle node. The point of view adopted in this paper is to compare the family under study with the model family of diffeomorphisms (respectively, vector fields) which one would obtain if the normalizing change of coordinates were convergent.
