Using Clifford analysis the authors have several times used special polynomials to refine classes of wavelets. Here they define a two-parameter family of generalized Clifford-Hermite polynomials using a double monogenic extension of a modulated Gaussian, i.e. of the classical Morlet wavelets. They then study the properties of these polynomials und get a refinement of the classical Morlet wavelets.
