Homomorphisms between \(JC^*\)-algebras and Lie \(C^*\)-algebras (Q2505353): Difference between revisions

Using the stability methods of linear functional equations, the authors prove the generalized Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability of homomorphisms between \(JC^*\)-algebras and Lie \(C^*\)-algebras associated to the Cauchy, Jensen and Trif equations. There are some similarities to the results of \textit{C. G. Park} [Bull. Braz. Math. Soc. (N.S.) 36, No. 1, 79--97 (2005; Zbl 1091.39007) or its verbatim copy J. Lie Theory 15, No. 2, 393--414 (2005; Zbl 1091.39006) and J. Math. Anal. Appl. 306, No. 1, 375--381 (2005; Zbl 1104.46042)].
