Let \(A^{-\infty}\) be the space of all analytic functions in the open unit disk \({\mathbb{D}}\) that satisfy \(| f(z)| \leq C(1-| z|)^{-n}\) for some \(n\in {\mathbb{N}}\) and some \(C>0\). \textit{B. Korenblum} [Acta Math. 135, 187-219 (1975; Zbl 0323.30030)] has constructed a function \(f\in A^{-\infty}\) whose sequence of zeros satisfies not the Blaschke condition. The authors present another example, i.e. \(f(z)=g_ 3(\tau)\) where \(z=e^{2\pi i\tau}\), \(Im(r)>0\) and \(g_ 3\) is the Eisenstein invariant. The main result (Theorem 1) is a characterization of \(A^{-\infty}\) in terms of tempered distributions.
