Let \(V\) be a Cohen-Macaulay projective variety of dimension \(n\) defined over a number field \(k\) and let \(S\) be a finite set of places of \(k\). Let \(D_1,\dots,D_{n+1}\) be effective Cartier divisors of V defined over \(k\) in general position. Suppose that there exists an ample Cartier divisor \(A\) on \(V\) and positive integers \(d_i\) such that \(D_i\) is numerically equivalent to \(d_iA\) for \(i=1,2,\dots,n+1\). Let \(Y\) be a closed subscheme of \(V\) of dimension at least \(2\) that does not contain any point of the set \[ \bigcup_{i=1}^{n+1}\left(\bigcap_{1\le j\le n+1, j\neq i} {\mathrm{Supp}} D_j\right). \] Let \(\epsilon>0\). The main result of the paper under review is that, under these hypotheses, there exists a proper Zariski closed set \(Z\) of \(V(k)\) sur that for any set \(R\) of \((\sum_{i=1}^{n+1}D_i,S)\)-integral points on \(V\) we have \[ h_Y(P)\le \epsilon h_A(P)+O(1) \] for all \(P\in R\setminus Z\). This theorem is a generalisation of a result due to [\textit{A. Levin}, Invent. Math. 215, No. 2, 493--533 (2019; Zbl 1437.11094)] which generalises earlier results due to [\textit{Y. Bugeaud} et al., Math. Z. 243, No. 1, 79--84 (2003; Zbl 1021.11001); \textit{S. Hernández} and \textit{F. Luca}, Bol. Soc. Mat. Mex., III. Ser. 9, No. 2, 235--244 (2003; Zbl 1108.11030); \textit{P. Corvaja} and \textit{U. Zannier}, Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 131, No. 6, 1705--1709 (2003; Zbl 1077.11052); \textit{P. Corvaja} and \textit{U. Zannier}, Monatsh. Math. 144, No. 3, 203--224 (2005; Zbl 1086.11035)]. As always, the main tool is Schmidt's Subspace Theorem, which occurs here through a result of [\textit{M. Ru} and \textit{P. Vojta}, Am. J. Math. 142, No. 3, 957--991 (2020; Zbl 1457.32044)].
