Very few examples of real polarizations are known for which explicit computations of the geometric quantization are given. This article is intended as a step forward in this direction and, besides presenting more examples which are missing in the literature, it provides a systematic method for computing geometric quantization of real regular polarizations. Furthermore, besides revisiting old computations from a new perspective, the \(2\)-dimensional regular case is explicitly described and in this way, some results of foliated cohomology are recovered. A main tool of this work is a \textit{geometric quantization computation kit} to deal with a sheaf cohomology using a fine resolution of it. Also, there are presented methods to compute geometric quantization of general Lagrangian foliations which are not in general a fibration.
