The paper deals with a quite complicated structure called complex dynamic network with Markov jumps. It is synchronized i.e. it is forced by a controller to a certain manifold of dynamic processes. This behavior is modelled as a stability problem tackled by a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. The sufficient conditions of stability are expressed as a linear matrix inequality.
