\(Z^{\circ}\)-ideals and \(Z\)-ideals in \(MV\)-algebras (Q6137347): Difference between revisions

In the manuscript, the authors introduce a special types of \(Z\)-ideals in MV-algebras and delve into their properties. These particular ideals are thoroughly examined within the context of MV-chains, semi-simple MV-algebras and Hyperarchimedean structures. Furthermore, they provide characterizations for these ideals, offering equivalent definitions. Their investigation also encompasses the relationships between these special \(Z\)-ideals and other types of ideals, such as the minimal prime ideals and the maximal ideals. Overall, this paper aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of special \(Z\)-ideals in MV-algebras I do not recommend it for publication for the following reasons: \((1)\) The sets \(M_{a}\) and \(M(a)\) in Page 5 may be empty. For example, in the \(n\)-element MV-chain \(L_{n}\), let \(a=\frac{1}{n-1}\). Then \(M(a)=\emptyset\), since the only maximal ideal of \(L_{n}\) is \(\{0\}\). Thus \(M_{a}\) also equals to \(\emptyset\). \((2)\) Some results in this manuscript are error. For exmple, in Lemma 2.3 Page 5, the author prove that \(M_{a}\cap M_{b}=M_{a\wedge b}\) and \(M_{a\oplus b}=M_{a}\vee M_{b}\) . But this is not true, for example, in the \(n\)-element MV-chain \(L_{n}\), let \(a=\frac{1}{n-1}\) and \(b=0\). Then \(M(a)=\emptyset\) and \(M_{b}=\{0\}\), and so \(M_{a\wedge b}=M_{0}=\{0\}\neq \emptyset=M_{a}\cap M_{b}\). Also, in \(L_{n}\), \(M_{0\oplus 1}=M_{1}=\emptyset \neq \{0\}=M_{0}\vee M_{1}\), since \(M_{1}=\emptyset\).
