For the investigation of low frequency current oscillations under the influence of the external applied voltage and illumination the authors use a parallel applied magnetic field in order to obtain odd periodic windows and bifurcations inside them in a two-dimensional parameter space for a semi-insulating GaAs sample grown by molecular beam epitaxy. The passage to chaos is also studied.
