The problem of finding sufficient conditions that guarantee the upper and lower semicontinuity of a mapping \(S\) defined through the level sets of another set-valued mapping \(G\) is considered. Conditions on the upper and lower semicontinuity in the case that the ordering cone in the parameter space has empty interior, as it happens in many function and sequence spaces, are given. It is considered how previous results can be extended to that case.
