The author studies the operator in \(L^p(a,b)\), which corresponds to the differential expression \(Lu=u''+q_1(x)u^\prime+q_0(x)u\) with boundary conditions in the form: \(a_iu(a)+b_iu^\prime(a)+c_iu(b)d_iu^\prime(b)=0, i=1,2\). The aim of the paper is to give the conditions on the coefficients \(a_i,b_i,c_i,d_i\) ensuring that the operator generates an analytic semigroup.
