There is a well-known but still not proved conjecture that a number of important information characteristics of quantum systems such as the classical capacity, state entanglement measure and some others are additive with respect to the tensor product of systems. The formal mathematical definition of the additivity and multiplicativity problem for the tensor product of quantum channels is given. The multiplicativity and additivity property is proved for some particular cases of weak-noise and depolarizing quantum channels.
