The author is concerned with non-stationary axisymmetric vibrations of a hollow thin-walled cylinder. The circular cylinder with axial polarization undergoes a strong thermo-electromechanical coupling. The coupled equations of thermopiezoelectricity are solved for a hollow cylinder made of PZT-5A material. Finally, the author examines the effect of variable voltage and increasing temperature on mechanical displacements.
