This paper gives the explicit formulae of the Fourier transform of bivariate polynomials on a triangle and univariate polynomials on an interval in terms of Bernstein-Bézier coefficients. Some applications to refinable bivariate splines on triangles. In fact it gives the Fourier transform approach to computing subdivision (or refinement) masks.
