A prey-predator model is given which includes: i) Stage structure of the prey (mature or immature). ii) Time delay due to maturity. iii) Time delay due to gestation of the predator. Sufficient conditions for the permanence of the solution are derived. By constructing suitable Lyapunov functionals, sufficient conditions for the global stability of the positive solution are found. Numerical simulations confirming the main results of the paper are given.
