Two kinds of complex dynamic networks are studied, respectively, time delay-independent and time delay-dependent. For these networks, the authors find sufficient conditions for asymptotic synchronization by means of the standard Lyapunov-Krasovskii stability theorem and linear matrix inequality. Numerical simulations of two examples are provided as well.
