The authors define the domain dependent Dirac's delta \(\delta^D\) and derivatives \(\partial_j^D\) in \({\mathbb R}^3\). The main goal of this definition is to make possible global representation formulas which therefore will be also valid in the corresponding domain boundary. As a consequence, in case that the domain dependent objects are used, there is no need to use the limiting process as in the classical way (in view to obtain the validity of the equations on the boundary). The authors give special attention to the Helmholtz equation and to the Maxwell equations. In particular, global representation formulae for the Helmholtz equation and for the Maxwell equations are obtained by using domain dependent operators. It turns out that the usual fundamental solution of the Helmholtz equation is also the domain dependent fundamental solution. The results of the Helmholtz equation case are also applied to the extended Maxwell system, and consequently their global representation formulas are obtained. The representations for the extended Maxwell system turn out to be also valid for the zero frequency case.
