    Let \(\text{Lip}(\alpha,p)\) be the class of all function \(f\in L^ p\) for which \[ \sup_{0\leq h\leq\delta}\left\{{1\over 2\pi}\int^{2\pi}_ 0| f(x+h)-f(x)|^ pdx\right\} ^{1/p}=O(\delta^ \alpha) \] is true. In this paper the following theorem is proved. Theorem 2.1. Let \(0<\alpha\leq 1\), \(2<p\leq\infty\). For all real numbers \(\gamma,\beta\) \((\gamma>0\), \(1/p<\alpha-\beta\leq 1/2\), \(\gamma<(\alpha-1/p-\beta)/(1- 2/p))\), for every sequence of natural numbers \((n_ k)\) \((n_{k+1}-n_ k\geq Cn_ k^{1-2\gamma} (C>0))\) and for every function from the class \(\text{Lip}(\alpha,p)\) \[ \sum^ \infty_{k=1}n^{\beta}_ k \left| \sum_{n_ k\leq|\gamma|\leq n_{k+1}}C_ \nu e^{i\nu x} \right| <\infty \] uniformly in \(x\) is true. Besides the author shows that this theorem cannot be improved. An analogous problem for Walsh system is also considered.
