Let \(\{\lambda_n\}_{n\geq 1}\) \((\lambda_1<\lambda_2<\ldots)\) be the eigenvalues of the boundary value problem \[ -y''+q(x)y=\lambda y,\quad 0<x<1, \] \[ y(0)\cos\alpha + y'(0)\sin\alpha =0,\qquad y(1)\cos\beta + y'(1)\sin\beta =0, \] where \(q(x)\in L_1(0,\pi)\) is real, \(0\leq\alpha<\pi\), \(0\leq\beta<\pi\). For each \(n\geq 2,\) the corresponding eigenfunction has \(n-1\) nodal points so that \(0<x_n^1<x_n^2<\ldots <x_n^{n-1}<1\). The author proves a uniqueness theorem for the solution of the inverse nodal problem of recovering the boundary value problem from a part of its nodes.
