Let \(K\) be a finite algebraic extension of the \(p\)-adic number field over a prime number \(p;X,Y\) two Banach spaces over \(K;M,N\) two analytic manifolds modelled on \(X,Y,\) respectively. The paper consists of two sections. In Section two some notions of \(p\)-adic analysis are given: differentiable mappings, norms on spaces of functions, uniformities on spaces of mappings from one manifold to another. Here the monoid \(\Omega_\xi(M,N)\) is introduced for \( M,N,t>0\), \(s\in \mathbb{N}\) and \(\xi =t\) or \(\xi =(t,s).\) It is proved that \(\Omega _{\xi }(M,N)\) is a non-discrete complete separable Abelian topological Hausdorff monoid of cardinality \(c=\text{card}(\mathbb{R}).\) The monoid \(\Omega _{\xi }(M,N)\) is not locally compact for each \(t\geq 0\), \(1\leq t+s.\) In Section 3 special measures on \(\Omega _{\xi }(M,N)\) are constructed. Theorems 2.2, 2.10 of the paper under review are closely related to lemma 1 and a theorem, respectively, of a previous paper of the author [Russ. Math. Surv. 53, 633-634 (1998; Zbl 0918.43001)].
