The existence of traveling wave solutions of a cellular neural network with multiple time delays is investigated. Such equations arise for example in the analysis of image and video signal processing. The authors focus on the existence of monotone as well as non-monotone (so called camel-like) traveling waves and investigate the effect of delay on the shape of solutions. Techniques used in the analysis include the method of step.
