The paper is concerned with the existence of 1-form solutions of the equation \( \delta d\omega=f^{\prime}(| \omega| ^{2})\,\omega\) in \(\mathbb{R}^{2k}\), \(k\in\mathbb{N}_{\geq2}\). Here \(d\) denotes the exterior derivative, \(\delta\) the co-differential with respect to the Euclidean metric tensor as its adjoint and \(\left\langle \,\cdot\,| \,\cdot\,\right\rangle \) as the induced inner product on 1-forms. The smooth function \(f:\mathbb{R}\to\mathbb{R}\) is given. Under certain convexity constraints on \(f\) ~the author's main result is derived, which states that in a suitably specified function space setting the equation has infinitely many weak finite energy solutions.
