The author proves a theorem on the asymptotic behavior of the average Kolmogorov \(\sigma\)-width of the Sobolev-Wiener class \(S^r_{pq}W\) with mixed smoothness in \(L_q(\mathbb{R}^d)\), where \(1<q\leq p<\infty\) and \(r\in \mathbb{N}^d\).
