Helicoidal surfaces are obtained by acting on a suitable curve with the composition of a translation in a given direction and a rotation around an axis in the same direction. As special cases, they contain the flat rotational surfaces (the translation is trivial) and the conical flat ones (the rotation is trivial). This paper completely describes flat helicoidal surfaces in the Poincaré half-space endowed with the constant curvature \(-1\) metric. The proof makes use of an adapted conformal representation which extends the Weierstrass representation for flat surfaces with admissible singularities.
