The authors study the convergence and error estimation of the homotopy perturbation method for Fredholm and Volterra integral equations. Convergence conditions of the homotopy perturbation method for Fredholm and Volterra integral equations of the second kind are formulated and proved. The formulas for an estimation of the error of the \(n\)-order approximate solution are presented. Examples are given.
