A system of Keller-Segel type coupled with the Stokes system and with nonlinear diffusion is studied in the whole three-dimensional space. The uniqueness of weak, Hölder continuous solutions is proved via duality argument and vanishing viscosity method. An important ingredient is the estimate of the Green function of parabolic equations with lower order terms of variable coefficients, which is of independent interest.
