The author considers fermion lattice models with hidden supersymmetry. The superderivations of a graded \(C^*\)-algebra are introduced. Supersymmetric states are defined and their basic properties are studied. Moreover, a heuristic overview on supersymmetric fermion lattice systems is provided. The supersymmetric fermion models of finite-range interactions are given as strongly continuous \(C^*\)-dynamics on the canonical anticommutation relations (CAR) algebra. It is shown that these superderivations on the CAR algebra are norm-closable when the associated supersymmetry is unbroken. A rigorous formulation of supersymmetry is established that includes commutativity between those superderivations and the global time evolution generated by them. Some concrete supersymmetric fermion lattice models are given in the \(C^*\)-algebraic framework.
