The authors study harmonically parametrized surfaces in \(\mathbb{R}^d, \, d\geq 3,\) where the domain is a punctured compact Riemann surface, and the coordinate functions are real parts of integrals of meromorphic \(1\)-forms. They prove that such surfaces have finite total Gauss curvature and satisfy a Gauss-Bonnet formula, generalizing the well-known Gackstatter-Jorge-Meeks formula for minimal surfaces.
